Ross Rikkers, Principal of Cresa Madison, recently assisted The Simple Dollar in their move to 110 King Street. The Simple Dollar is a website for people fighting debt and poor spending habits. The Simple Dollar gets around one million visitors per month and is respected as one of the best personal finance sites on the Internet. The Simple Dollar's growth meant it was time to move from remote worksites into a brick and mortar office space. "This was a very fast-paced transaction," stated Rikkers. "Michael Gardon, The Simple Dollar’s manager, had a clear view of the space he wanted for his firm and it was our job at Cresa to present all of the options to him and drive the best possible bargain."
